Diners who love hotpot will enjoy the heart-warming dining experience at Suki-Ya. Diners enjoy servings of top-quality fresh beef, pork, farmed chicken and Wagyu beef with their hotpot - all sliced paper-thin for ease of cooking. Feast on lip-smacking items such as the Chicken Cheese Balls - tender minced chicken balls filled with savoury cheese which melts as it cooks in the hotpot. Select from a wide variety of soup bases such as the classic Sukiyaki or Shabu Shabu soup, the spicy Kimchi soup, or the popular Touyu Miso Soup which is commonly enjoyed in Japan during winter for its robust flavour. The Touyu Miso Soup is available at Suki-Ya only on Fridays, weekends and public holidays. The all-you-can-eat buffet spread includes a wide range of vegetables, mushrooms, beancurd and choices of dips and sauces. Suki-Ya also features an a la carte menu that serves up interesting bites such as tori karaage (fried chicken), potato salad, gyoza (meat dumplings), ebi tempura, fried ebi (shrimps), salmon sashimi, fried tofu and edamame. Enjoy your meal at Suki-Ya with something cool and refreshing from our sake and shochu list or simply opt for an icy-cold Sapporo beer.
